Our neighbour that got married in December is seriously quarreling with his wife over who's supposed to be fetching water from their tank downstairs to the 2nd floor. The man said so if he suffer and buy tank he'll still get water upstairs. The wife said she's a woman and therefore not meant to carry gallon up to the 2nd floor Please who's supposed to be fetching water between the two???
